1. If the student is not satisfied with the assessment results including the final grade, the student shall submit an online request for an Appeal for Modules online using the Service Request Form to ACE within 14 days after the assessment results or final grade has been released to the student.

2. The Head of Academic shall acknowledge the student’s appeal, collect the relevant input/information, and forward the appeal case to the Examination Board for review and revert the decision back to the students:
– Within 4 weeks for ACE self-developed courses.
– Within 8 weeks for external partner developed courses.

3. The Academic Department shall release the appeal result to the student within 03 working days upon receiving the decision from the Examination Board and update the tracking of Student Appeal Records accordingly.

4. The decision made by the Examination Board will be final and no further appeal will be accepted.
