The American Center for Education (ACE) is registered with the Skills and Workforce Development Agency (SWDA), Singapore’s statutory board formed through the merger of SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) and Workforce Singapore (WSG) under the Ministry of Manpower (MOM).

Established in 2007, ACE is a higher education institution committed to providing quality education and internationally recognised academic pathways. Since its establishment, ACE has collaborated with reputable universities in the United States to offer globally relevant programmes. Today, ACE’s principal university partner is the University at Albany, State University of New York (SUNY Albany), offering  recognised top-up bachelor’s degree programmes that provide diploma graduates with a direct pathway to completing a U.S. university degree.

ACE offers Foundation, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Higher Diploma, Postgraduate Diploma & Bachelor programmes with wide range of disciplines, including Hospitality Management, Information Technology Management, Business Administration, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Digital Marketing, and Banking & Finance. These programmes are designed to equip students with the academic knowledge and practical skills required for further education and career advancement.

Service Quality Targets

  1. Standard and quality of student support services Benchmark and Target.
  2. Holistic experiences (e.g. ECA, enrichment activities etc.) in ACE Benchmark and Target.
  3. To resolve complaints /disputes within 21 working days.
  4. Examination results to be released within 8-weeks from the last day of examination for ACE Program and 12-weeks for Non-ACE Program.
  5. Refund (when qualified) to be processed within 7 working days.
  6. 100% Fees Protection to all students.
