1. All staff and students are encouraged to contribute ideas and suggestions for improvement through multiple accessible channels, including the standard feedback form, institutional email, and designated suggestion platforms.

2. To acknowledge and reward meaningful contributions, awards are presented at the end of each calendar year based on the number of accepted and impactful suggestions:
• One valuable suggestion: S$100 cash or equivalent vouchers
• Two valuable suggestions: S$300 cash or equivalent vouchers
• Three or more valuable suggestions: S$500 cash or equivalent vouchers
