• The Head of Academic and Head of Operations or its designated staff are collectively responsible to conduct the Student Orientation for all new students.

• The orientation shall cover, but is not limited to, the following:
-Essential course information such as course duration, class period, classroom, assessments, graduation requirements and others.
-Student Support Services provided by the school.
-Reiterate that Student Pass Holders are not permitted to engage in any form of employment or attend an Industrial Attachment, whether paid or unpaid, without a valid work pass issued by Ministry of Manpower.
-Relevant information of the SSG and Singapore laws pertaining to smoking, littering, gambling, drugs consumption and handling and others.
-Important details in the Student Handbook like attendance requirements for both Student Pass and Non-Student Pass Holders, Student’s Behaviours…etc.

The students shall fill up the online survey http://ace.edu.sg/online/orientation-survey upon the completion of the orientation.
The students could give feedback on the Orientation session to enhance the activities.
