Environmental Safety & Health Policy

ACE, in collaboration with the building management office, strives to maintain an environment that supports effective teaching and learning, meeting the needs of both students and staff.

Staff and students are encouraged to provide constructive feedback to help improve their working and studying environment.

1. Internal Environment (Managed by ACE)
– ACE Office
– ACE Classrooms
– Minimize printing whenever possible and practical
– First-aid kits should be available in the office

2. External Environment (Managed by Building Management Office)
– Common areas and toilets
– Environmental and pest control
– Fire safety measures and emergency evacuation (including fire drills)

3. Clean and Green Environment
– No food allowed in classrooms
– Keep study tables and study zones clean at all times
– Reuse paper if one side is unused
– Switch off classroom lights and air conditioners when not in use
– Pets are not allowed in school
– Feedback and suggestions regarding the Clean and Green Environment are welcome

4. Healthy Environment
– No smoking in non-smoking areas
– Report mosquito sightings to school management immediately
– Pets are not allowed in the school or building
– Know the location of first-aid facilities
– Attend health-related seminars or sessions organized by the school or third parties
– Participate in health check-ups organized by the school or third parties
– Provide feedback or suggestions regarding the Healthy Environment

5. Safe Environment
– Ensure fire exits are unblocked
– Fire escape route displays must be clear and visible
– Participating in fire drill exercises
– Provide feedback or suggestions regarding the Safe Environment

6. Secure Environment
– Provide feedback or suggestions regarding the Secure Environment
