Program Overview

Design to provide learners with a in-depth understanding of hospitality management and develops as a professional and self-reflecting individual that is able to meet the demands of employers in the global hospitality and tourism industry.
The objective of the Higher Diploma in Hospitality Management qualification is to provide learners with an educational foundation for a career in the Hospitality and Tourism Industry. It designed to ensure that each learner is ‘Hospitality ready’: a confident, independent thinker with a detailed knowledge of Hospitality Management and equipped with the skills to adapt rapidly to change especially in this technological and digital environment.

Candidature Period

This diploma has a 12 month candidature from the course end date stated on student contract.

Entry Requirements

We seek candidates with a strong academic foundation and the professional drive to succeed in a demanding graduate environment.

Academic Qualifications

Completed GCE ‘A’ level or Completed Advanced Diploma studies from ACE in any disciplines or Matured learners (over 25 years) with 3 year’s work experience); or Other professional qualifications, foreign or private Advanced Diploma will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

English Proficiency

Scored C6 or above in GCE ‘O’ Level English or ACE English Placement Test or IELTS 5.0 or Equivalent (applicable to student with foreign qualifications)

Age Requirement

Minimum age: 18

Graduation Requirement

Pass 8 core modules, and Pass Internship Module (or being replaced by a Final Project with an approval)
