About the Partnership The American Center for Education (ACE) in Singapore, in academic collaboration with the University at Albany (SUNY Albany), State University of New York, offers a direct higher education pathway for international students seeking a U.S. university degree. This partnership allows students to complete lower-division coursework in Singapore before seamlessly transferring to the University at Albany campus in New York to complete their bachelor’s degree. By bridging American academic standards with a global learning environment in Singapore, the program provides a cost-effective, high-quality, and structured route to earning an accredited U.S. degree.

Important Reminder
Training Work Pass (TWP)
Student’s Pass Holders studying in Singapore need to apply and successfully obtained their Training Work Pass (TWP) before commencing and during the ENTIRE Period of their Industrial Attachment (OJT) module.
Student’s Pass holders caught to be working illegally without a valid training work pass in Singapore will be fined of up to S$20,000 or imprisonment of up to two years or both. The Ministry of Manpower and the Immigration & Chechpoints Authority will cancel their Student’s Pass, Deport them, and Debar them from future study or employment in Singapore. Such students and other students flouting any of the Singapore Laws will be dismissed immediately from ACE.
