1. In the event of any disputes arisen between student and school, the case including complaints shall be brought to the attention of ACE first. ACE aims to reach an amicable solution to address the grievance so that it is fair and acceptable to both parties - the student and ACE.

2. Students who lodge dispute cases including complaints with external agencies without giving an opportunity for ACE to address their concerns are considered as a violation of the student code of conduct.

3. The aggrieved party, the student, must submit a standard signed complaint form on the grievance to ACE. If it is a letter or an email, the student shall attach the letter or email to the complaint form. The complaint form is available from ACE student service counter or can be downloaded from ACE website.

4. ACE will assign the relevant management team member to establish the facts of the case and try to complete the necessary investigation. After the investigation, the management team member shall provide some solutions to the student. The case is expected to be resolved within 14 working days.

5. If the student is unsatisfied with the resolution provided by ACE, he or she may approach the CPE's Student Services Center (SSC) for assistance. SSC officers will review the case and may refer the student to the CPE Mediation - Arbitration Scheme. Service fees could be charged for the use of the scheme.
